Since firmware and BIOS are offered in separate packages for HBAs

and CNAs released before the OCe10102-FM-E/OCe10102-FX CNA,

users need to update twice by clicking the Update Firmware…

button and select appropriate packages for firmware and BIOS

(firmware packages have .all as extension, while BIOS packages'

extension is .PRG). However, for the OCe10102-FM-E/OCe10102-FX

CNA cards, the user only needs to update once, using the unified

package (with .all as extension).
